• AcademyFDM catered our wedding at Jackson Park. We choose the menu and we were so so happy with everything. We continue to get compliments that the food at our wedding was the best wedding food our guests had ever experienced! • The food! AcademyFDM are the most amazing chefs. We were hoping for ‘good food’ and they gave us the most amazing feast, far beyond anything we could have imagined.
